Inspired by his acclaimed Butter Chicken Odyssey, the upcoming one-man play blends food, identity, culture, and growing up in Mill Woods into a deeply personal story. More than just a search for the city’s best butter chicken, the production explores reconnecting with Punjabi roots while celebrating Edmonton’s diverse community.

Following its debut at Workshop West’s Springboards Festival, The Butter Chicken Odyssey is hoping to make its way to the Edmonton International Fringe Theatre Festival later this year—bringing Ram’s story to an even bigger audience.
